Millenarie New Kitchen Knives

Apr 03,2026

Millenarie has a long - standing reputation for producing kitchen products, and this new series of knives is no exception.

The knives are made in Yangjiang, known as the “Knife Capital of China.” Yangjiang has a rich history and tradition in knife - making, with skilled artisans passing down their techniques through generations. This heritage, combined with modern manufacturing processes, ensures that these knives are of the highest quality.

Let’s take a closer look at the features of these Kitchen Knives. The blade material is 33 layers of Damascus steel with brass. Damascus steel is renowned for its strength, sharpness, and beautiful pattern. The addition of brass not only gives the knives a distinctive look but also has antibacterial properties, which is an important feature for kitchen tools.

The handle material is a combination of ebony wood and buffalo horn at the front part. Ebony wood is known for its durability and smooth feel, while the buffalo horn adds a touch of elegance. The hardness of the knives is HRC, which means they can hold a sharp edge for a long time. They undergo vacuum heat treatment and ice hardening, a process that enhances their strength and performance.

Millenarie are several types of Kitchen Knives in this series, including 8" Chef’s knife,  7" Nakiri,  7" Santoku,  6" Utility Knife,  5.5" Santoku, and  4.5" Paring knife. Each knife is designed for specific kitchen tasks, whether it’s chopping, slicing, or peeling.

The design of these Kitchen Knives is a high - end East Asian style, which is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The distinctive brass pattern makes them stand out in any kitchen. The blades have a taper grinding and sand - blasting finish, which not only gives them a sleek appearance but also improves their cutting performance.
